Mark Allio

Mark S. Allio became Vice-Chairman, President and CEO of Central Federal Corporation in February 2005 and Chairman and CEO of CFBank in January 2006.

Allio has been involved in banking for nearly 30 years. He spent the first 12 years of his career consulting for banks throughout the US. He then became chief financial officer of Third Federal Savings and later became president of the parent company. Third Federal grew during his tenure from a $1.5 billion thrift to an $8.2 billion multi-bank diversified holding company. Before joining CFBank, he served as president and chief executive officer of a community bank in formation in Michigan.

An Akron native and lifelong resident, Allio graduated from Baldwin Wallace College. Since that time, he has developed community banking expertise in finance, operations, technology, residential lending, regulatory law, mergers and acquisitions, and strategy.

Allio is committed to community service and supports hospitals, schools, elder care, housing, hunger centers and education.


Raymond E. Heh

Raymond Heh is President and Chief Operating Officer of CFBank. Heh’s banking experience in Northeast Ohio dates from the mid 1980’s, when he transferred from the Bank One in Cincinnati to the Bank One in Akron, joining Dave Vernon. By 1993, Heh had become chairman, president and chief executive officer of the Akron Bank One office, which had grown to include the Stark county market. He retired from Bank One in December 2002.

Before joining Bank One, Heh spent many years with Pittsburgh National Bank, where he was responsible for both large corporate relationships on a national basis and middle market relationships in the local Pittsburgh market. Leaving Pittsburgh in 1981, Heh opened a de novo bank in Cincinnati for Winters National Bank, which was eventually acquired by Bank One Corp.

Heh is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He did postgraduate work at the University of Pittsburgh. Since arriving in Akron, Heh has been very involved in the community and has served on many community boards, including the American Red Cross, Greater Akron Chamber and United Way.


Eloise L. Mackus

Eloise Mackus has been the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Central Federal Corporation and CFBank since July 2003.

Mackus formerly practiced in law firms in Connecticut and Ohio. She was the vice president and general manager of International Markets for The J. M. Smucker Company, where she had previously been assistant general counsel.

Mackus completed a Bachelor of Arts at Calvin College and a JD at the University of Akron School of Law as well as executive studies at the Graduate School of Business, Harvard University, and the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).


Therese A. Liutkus, CPA

Terri is the Chief Financial Officer of both Central Federal Corporation and CFBank. Before joining the bank, she was chief financial officer for First Place Financial Corp. and First Place Bank.

With twenty-three years’ experience in accounting and finance, Liutkus started her career in public accounting prior to joining FFY Bank in 1986.

Liutkus received her BBA degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Cleveland State University in 1981.


Nancianne Dodgson

Nanci Dodgson is Assistant Vice President and Office Manager of the Fairlawn office. In her capacity, Dodgson works directly with businesses and consumers. In addition, she supervises a staff of client service managers, who are responsible for customer relationships at CFBank.

Before joining CFBank, Dodgson was vice president and manager of commercial client services for the Akron Region of Bank One. She also has extensive experience in retail banking and treasury management. She is a Certified Treasury Professional and serves on the Greater Akron Chamber’s Small Business Council Board of Directors.

The Stow resident graduated from the Ohio School of Banking in 1989.


Krista J. Dobronos

Krista J. Dobronos holds the position of Commercial Loan Officer with CFBank and is responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships.

Krista joined CFBank in March of 2004 just prior to the opening of the Fairlawn office. Before joining CFBank, Dobronos served as a financial analyst for Sterling Jewelers. Her bachelor’s degree in marketing and economics from Kent State University mixes education with hands on experience to appropriately service CFBank clients.

Krista is active in community affairs and is involved with the Young Professionals, Knowledgeable Network of Women, the Akron Chamber of Commerce and the Akron Civic Theater. She resides in Broadview Heights with her husband.


Kenneth V. Hastings

Kenn Hastings is a Client Service Manager at CFBank. He brings nearly twenty-five years of experience in banking, finance and customer service to CFBank.

His career began in 1980 as a department supervisor with a bank in Canton, Ohio. Having worked with various financial institutions in the greater Akron-Canton area throughout his entire career, Hastings offers a great level of expertise in customer service, which spans from branch management and client services to investments and annuities.


Matthew R. Jentner

Matthew R. Jentner joined CF Bank as a commercial lender in August 2007. He is responsible for developing and managing commercial banking relationships.

Matt graduated from the University of Akron in 2003 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accountancy. After obtaining his degree, he spent several years working as a tax accountant for Brockman, Coats, Gedelian & Co. and earned his CPA designation. Most recently, Matt served as controller and managed sales for the Walter H. Drane Company, a legal publication firm in Beachwood, Ohio. Matt’s education and work experience have provided him with a strong financial and customer service background.

Matt has actively pursued community involvement, serving on the Young Professionals of Akron’s Events Planning Committee, TorchBearers’ finance committee and coaching ice hockey at both high school and youth levels. He currently resides in Hudson.


Laura L. Martin

Laura Martin serves as the Executive Assistant and is responsible for administrative functions for the Fairlawn office. In her role as assistant, she supports the Chairman, the President and the General Counsel. Martin brings twenty-two years of administrative experience to CFBank.

Before joining CFBank, Martin spent thirteen years as an executive assistant with Bank One. She began her career as a member of the secretarial training program at Goodyear International Corporation in Akron, and later assisted the former Vice Chairman of BFGoodrich after his retirement.


William R. Reed

Bill Reed is the Senior Credit Officer at CFBank. He has more than thirty years of experience in the banking industry with a focus in lending.

Reed uses his expertise to serve clients in the business loan segment. He is also a member of a large local bank’s Corporate Executive Committee.

For over twelve years, he served as an instructor at a local community college, teaching all levels of accounting. He has also been involved in the development and instruction of financial management seminars.

Reed is a graduate of Ohio University and Rutgers University School of Banking.


John S. Lawell

John Lawell joined CFBank as Assistant Vice President of Operations in March of 2004, bringing over twenty years of banking and information technology experience to the company.

Lawell’s expertise in core operating systems and in the implementation of enhanced delivery systems makes him a valuable contributor to CFBank. He began his career in Cleveland, and through a series of promotions, became an officer in nearly every institution he served.

Lawell draws on his background as a banker and technology consultant to enhance customer service and information privacy and to secure potential disaster recovery.


Nick Kostoff

Nick Kostoff joined the CFBank team in March 2005 as the Manager of Consumer Loans. He has more than 25 years of consumer finance experience with a focus on Home Equity Lending and Consumer Loan Origination and Operations.

Prior to joining CFBank, Kostoff was Vice President of the Eastern Region Booking and Funding Department of Bank One located in Akron, Ohio. During his 20 years with Bank One, Kostoff held numerous managerial positions including a 3 year assignment in Louisville, Kentucky.

Kostoff received his business degree from Youngstown State University and MBA in Executive Management from Ashland University. Kostoff served in the U.S. Army and retired from the U.S. Army Reserves with the rank of Major.

Kostoff resides in Green with his wife Karen and their 3 children.


Keith Anderson

Keith Anderson is Credit Officer of CFBank. Keith’s experience in Commercial Credit Analysis began in 1980 when he joined BancOhio National Bank, which subsequently was purchased by National City Bank, where he worked until 1993. At that time, Keith was the Assistant Manager of the Credit Department, supervising the staff of Credit Analysts.

In 1993 Keith became the Senior Credit Officer of Summit Bank, based in Akron, Ohio, and remained there until the Bank was sold to FirstMerit Bank in 1999. Keith remained at FirstMerit as a Business Banking Officer until he joined Champaign Bank (Akron office) as the Senior Credit Officer later in 1999. He remained at Champaign Bank until he joined CFBank in June 2005.

Keith is a graduate of the University of Akron, and lives in Stow with his wife and two sons.
