R. Parker MacDonell |
Parker MacDonell, President of the Columbus region, joined CFBank in 2003. As a third-generation banker, MacDonell is a veteran to the Columbus banking market, bringing more than 20 years of experience to the company. He successfully launched the Columbus office in 2003 and manages and oversees all aspects of the bank’s operations.
Before joining CFBank, MacDonell spent 15 years with Bank One, most recently as retail market manager for Columbus and Southeast Ohio. In this role, he managed 900 branch and business banking employees in 72 locations. He also served as a group manager for the Corporate Banking and Retail Banking divisions of Bank One, Lima.
A 1987 graduate of Yale University, MacDonell has a master’s degree in Public and Private Management. He also has a degree in music from Dartmouth College. An accomplished writer, singer and songwriter, MacDonell has written more than 100 songs and produced two records.
With music as a driving force in his life, MacDonell conceived and co-founded the non-profit organization, Six String Concerts, to promote the careers of nationally known singers and songwriters in the Columbus market. He is Chair of the Small Business Council of the Columbus Chamber and a member of the Columbus Chamber Board of Directors. He is a member of the Financial Services Advisory Board for the Ohio Department of Development, and is a member of the executive committee of Ohio TechAngels. He also serves on the board of directors for the Jefferson Center for Learning and the Arts and the Central Ohio Workforce Investment Corporation. In Worthington, MacDonell is Treasurer of the Peggy R. McConnell Worthington Center for the Arts and is active with the Worthington Presbyterian Church.

Joe Munhall |
Joe Munhall, Vice President and Senior Commercial Banker for the Columbus Region, joined CFBank in 2006. He brings eleven years of banking experience in the Columbus market, with a background in middle market commercial banking, commercial real estate lending and automobile floor plan lending. Munhall oversees all aspects of the bank’s commercial banking activities for the Columbus Region.
Before joining CFBank, Munhall served as Senior Lender for the Dayton/Springfield region of Wesbanco, commercial banker in Columbus for Wesbanco, and commercial banker in Columbus for Fifth Third Bank. Prior to becoming a banker, Munhall co-owned a Columbus automobile business and served in the U. S. Army Reserves
A native of Worthington, Munhall has his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Wheeling Jesuit University, where he was a member of the golf team. He and his family reside in Worthington, where he is active at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church.

Christopher Creighton |
| Chris Creighton is Commercial Credit Associate for CFBank. In this role, he supports the commercial bankers of CFBank and their clients with commercial credit analysis and document preparation. He brings over eight years of commercial banking and credit analysis background to CFBank. Creighton is a native of Columbus who received a degree in Finance from Ohio University. He currently resides in southwest Columbus.

Philip C. Parker |
Phil Parker has joined CFBank as a Credit Approval Officer. In his role at CFBank, he will assist the commercial banking team by ensuring that loans are approved quickly and with full knowledge of the Columbus market.
Phil has 42 years of commercial banking experience with JPMorgan Chase and its predecessors Bank One and City National Bank. During his career, he has been a relationship manager, department manager and credit approval officer. Phil earned both his BA and MBA from The Ohio State University and served in the United States Army. He is a graduate of Worthington High school who now resides in Upper Arlington.

Samantha Evans |
Samantha Evans, Client Service Manager, joined CFBank in 2007. In her role at CFBank, she assists clients with deposit and loan services. She has six years of experience in banking and retail.
Before joining CFBank, Samantha worked as a teller for a local financial institution. She also has experience serving clients of Maurice’s Clothing, Petland, and The Winking Lizard Tavern.
Samantha was born and raised in Columbus and now resides in Clintonville. Samantha recently graduated from The Ohio State University where she earned her degree in Financial Management. She enjoys walking her dogs, and spending time with friends and family.

Karen (Cookie) Hoffmeyer |
| Karen Hoffmeyer, Client Service Representative, joined CFBank in 2008. Her responsibilities include assisting clients with transactions and various office duties. Before joining CFBank, Karen’s background included positions where she was involved with customer service and management. Karen is a native of Ohio and a long time resident of Columbus. Her interests include painting, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

Nita Savage |
Nita Savage, Client Service Representative, joined CF Bank in March of 2009. Before joining CF Bank, Nita was a Human Resource Assistant with Plaskolite Inc. for 12 years. She was also a General Partner with Day Brothers Development Company for 20 years.
Nita’s responsibilities with CF Bank include assisting clients with transactions and helping with various office duties.
A native of Worthington, Nita and her husband John, are Founding Members of Wedgewood Golf and Country club.
Nita resides in Columbus, with her husband, and has 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Her interests include playing golf and spending time with her family and friends.

Peggy Brady |
Peggy Brady, Commercial Banker in the Columbus Region, joined CFBank in 2008. She has twenty-five years of experience in the Columbus market as a banker for small and medium sized businesses.
Prior to joining CFBank, Peggy worked for Society Bank, Fifth Third Bank and JPMorgan Chase. She has experience in commercial lending, equipment finance, cash management and commercial real estate lending. She has worked as a banking center manager and a business banker.

Jana Herzog |
Jana Herzog, Commercial Banker for the Columbus Region, joined CFBank in 2008. She brings several years of banking experience in the Columbus market, with a background in middle market commercial banking and commercial real estate lending.
Before joining CFBank, Herzog served as Portfolio Manager and Officer for Commercial Real Estate banking at Fifth Third Bank in Columbus. She also worked as a Relationship Manager and Credit Analyst after receiving training as a Commercial Associate.
A native of Ohio, Herzog has an undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield Ohio, where she was a member of the swim team. She and her husband reside in Columbus, where she has been active in Junior Achievement.

TJ Mehan |
TJ Mehan brings seven years of experience as a mortgage originator to his role as Mortgage Loan Originator for CFBank.
TJ builds relationships with his clients by taking time to explain all available financing options and providing the information they need to make informed decisions. His goal is to make clients feel comfortable with their choice on one of the most important financial transactions in their life.
Before joining CF Bank, TJ was a Business Development Officer for a local bank, where he was focused on commercial and residential loan origination and real estate loan portfolio management. He also provided deposit product services. This broad base of product knowledge enables him to structure his clients’ mortgage financing to fit their big picture, not just provide a single product.
A native of Columbus, TJ served in the United States Army for 5 years while stationed with the 82nd Airborne Division. He enjoys spending time with his wife Tracy and son RJ. He is a member of The Columbus Board of Realtors and Columbus Mortgage Bankers Association.
