Diana M. Spencer |
Diana Spencer is the Assistant Vice President and Regional Manager of the Columbiana County Region of CFBank. Spencer supervises Client Services in Calcutta and Wellsville Offices.
Spencer entered the financial industry in 1996 as sales manager with CFBank, and in 1998 she assumed the position of human resources manager. Before joining CFBank, she was a retail sales manager for 14 years.
Spencer is a graduate of the Institute of Financial Education and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts Degree. She serves as Vice President of the Wellsville Chamber of Commerce and is a member of East Liverpool Chamber. She is also a member of the Southern Columbiana County United Way and the Northern Hancock Rotary Club, where she served as past President and past District Chair for Literacy. Spencer served on the Jefferson Community College Advisory Board and as a member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Columbiana Bankers Association.
Spencer resides in Follansbee, West Virginia with her husband, Brad, and two daughters.

Margaret Gill |
Margaret Gill, Mortgage Loan Originator in CFBank’s Wellsville office, has served the local community for 39 years. Gill began her banking career in New York City, and later returned to the local community, where she held numerous positions with Perpetual Savings Bank. Before joining CFBank in July 2007, Gill served with Sky Bank as Mortgage Loan Originator servicing three local offices.
Margaret is a graduate of the Institute of Financial Education. She has received various professional awards, including Residential Mortgage Lending Origination, Consumer Lending, Supervisory Personnel Management and other lending and savings awards.
Margaret is a member of the Wellsville Chamber of Commerce, East Liverpool Chamber of Commerce, and the East Liverpool Rotary Club. She is a lifetime resident of Wellsville, Ohio and has two children and one grandchild.

Michele R. Guildoo |
Michele Guildoo is the Deposit Operations Manager of CFBank. She has additional responsibilities as Human Resource Coordinator for the bank where she works closely with the staff on personnel issues.
Guildoo began her banking career with CFBank in 1988. She served as the assistant branch manager in the Calcutta Office. In 2000, Guildoo was transferred to the Wellsville office where she served as accounts payable in the accounting department.
Guildoo is a graduate of the Institute of Financial Education; while attending IFE, she completed various classes in education achievement and management. She has furthered her education by completing additional classes at East Liverpool Kent State.
A lifelong resident of East Liverpool, Michele and her husband, Dave, have two daughters.

Marjorie K. Minor |
Marjorie Minor, Loan Servicing and Operations Specialist at the Wellsville Office started her career with CF Bank in 1970 as a teller.
With over 35 years of banking experience, Marjorie has held various positions with the Bank working at the Calcutta and Wellsville offices.
Marjorie is a graduate of the Institute of Financial Education with honors in education achievement and management.
Marjorie is a lifetime resident of the area and she resides in Salineville, Ohio with her husband Roger.
