Diana Spencer |
Diana Spencer is the Assistant Vice President and Regional Manager of the Columbiana County Region of CFBank. Spencer supervises Client Services in Calcutta and Wellsville Offices.
Spencer entered the financial industry in 1996 as sales manager with CFBank, and in 1998 she assumed the position of human resources manager. Before joining CFBank, she was a retail sales manager for 14 years.
Spencer is a graduate of the Institute of Financial Education and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts Degree. She serves as Vice President of the Wellsville Chamber of Commerce and is a member of East Liverpool Chamber. She is also a member of the Southern Columbiana County United Way and the Northern Hancock Rotary Club, where she served as past President and past District Chair for Literacy. Spencer served on the Jefferson Community College Advisory Board and as a member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Columbiana Bankers Association.
Spencer resides in Follansbee, West Virginia with her husband, Brad, and two daughters.

Marian C. Ferlaino |
Marian Ferlaino serves as Client Services Manager for the Calcutta Office. Ferlaino has experience in various areas of the financial services, including 10 years in residential mortgage lending.
Ferlaino received an education in finance through the Youngstown Institute of Financial Education with specialties in real estate law, mortgage lending and personnel management.
Before joining CFBank in 1993, Ferlaino served at Potters Bank and Trust with a 10-year background in retail banking.
Ferlaino has been president of the Wellsville Kiwanis Club and is a member of the East Liverpool Quota Club.
Ferlaino is a lifelong resident of East Liverpool, Ohio.

Janna L. Cable |
Janna Cable, Loan Officer for the CFBank Calcutta office, has 22 years of banking experience.
Janna’s career with CFBank began in 1986 as a teller. In 1997, she was promoted to loan consultant, and in June 2003, the CFBank Board of Directors appointed her Loan Officer.
Janna is a graduate of the Institute of Financial Education. She received various honors, including the education achievement, management, specialties, lending and savings awards.
She is a board member of the Calcutta Rotary and is a member of East Liverpool Chamber.
Janna, resides in East Liverpool, Ohio, has two sons and five grandchildren.
