WORTHINGTON, Ohio, Sept. 12, 2016 -- The Board of Directors of Central Federal Corporation (NASDAQ: CFBK) (the "Company") parent of CFBank, has declared a dividend of $0.3906 per share of Series B Preferred Stock payable to the holders of record of all the shares of Series B Preferred Stock of the Corporation as of the close of business on September 30, 2016, with such payment to be made to such holders of record on October 15, 2016.
